Yoga for Sleep

This is a good blurb about how Yoga can help you sleep better. I love my yoga :)


  1. I usually do yoga in the a.m. because that fits my schedule better; however I can see how it would aid in better sleep. I enjoy taking tub baths and have recently bought Epsom Salt to get more magnesium into my body. Something I learned from your June 26th post.

  2. Your enthusiasm for yoga is like my enthusiasm for tai chi. It makes me happy. :)
