Supplements - When They Are Not Safe

I received this article from HeadWay, my migraine info connection. He has ssome excellent tips, the article is pretty universally applicable. Always remember to please be sure to consult your physician before trying any supplements.

  • Talk to your doctor first.  

  • Recognize that not all supplements are created equal. 

  • Look for supplements recommended by sources that you trust.  

  • Do your own research. 

  • Don't adopt a "might as well" attitude. 

  • DO try supplements.
