- What is the worst that could happen?
- What is the best that could happen?
- What is most likely to happen?
Once you have gone through each of these possible scenarios, you should feel more at ease and prepared for the outcome.
Sometimes this helps a lot with doctor visits :) or new symptoms that crop up :)
